Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Silvia Health Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Silvia") and the user in relation to the use of digital content (hereinafter referred to as "content") and related services provided online via the website (https://silvia.io) and application.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in this agreement are as follows:

  1. "Silvia" refers to a party engaging in economic activities related to the content industry and providing content and related services.
  2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access Silvia's site and use the content and related services provided by Silvia in accordance with this agreement.
  3. "Member" refers to a user who has entered into a use contract with Silvia and has been assigned a user ID, receiving continuous provision of information from Silvia and continuously using the services provided by Silvia.
  4. "Content" refers to materials or information expressed in codes, characters, voices, sounds, images, or videos as defined in Article 2(1)(1) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. It includes data or information processed in an electronic form to enhance its utility in terms of preservation and use.
  5. "Service" refers to online/offline services provided electronically to users through Silvia's website and application. It includes the content provided by Silvia and may be indicated as "service and content" in this agreement.
  6. "ID" refers to a combination of characters or numbers set by the member and approved by Silvia for the purpose of identifying the member and using the service.
  7. "Password" refers to a combination of characters or numbers set by the member to confirm the identity of the member matching the ID and protect confidentiality.
  8. "Posts" refer to voice and video data directly uploaded by users or available within the service and encompass various types of content such as codes, characters, voices, sounds, images, photos, videos, and links stored within the service.
  9. "Membership" refers to a paid service that allows the "membership member" to use Silvia's service and content for a monthly or yearly subscription fee, which is charged regularly through the pre-registered payment method. The service period is automatically renewed.
  10. "Membership member" refers to a "member" who subscribes to a paid service, including "membership subscription." Silvia may provide different services to "membership members" and "members" who are not "membership members."

Article 3(Provision of Identity Information, etc.)

"Silvia" will make the contents of this agreement, its trade name, representative's name, address of business office (including the address for handling customer complaints), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, and personal information manager easily accessible on the initial online service screen. However, the agreement may be made available for viewing through a linked screen.

Article 4 (Publication of Agreement, etc.)

① "Silvia" will take technical measures to allow "members" to print the entire agreement and to check its contents during the transaction process.

② "Silvia" will set up technical devices to allow "users" to ask questions and receive answers about the contents of this agreement.
